 How can I get help for this game? If you have a problem that is not covered in the FAQ, you may post non Ocho-related issues in the official support thread and attention them to Lu Feng. PM-ing Lu Feng is not helpful as he has too much PMs and he tends not to read them. But he checks the official support thread regularly… so post there instead. For other issues, you may visit our ingame help page to send us a message or you may post in our official support thread. For urgent bug reports, you may PM the admins. I want to play but it's not working. Why is it not working? Fix it for me NOW! We get many support requests like this. However, this type of question does not help us nor does it help you. We have no idea what your problem is so please provide us with more details. Screenshots would help immensely. I have PM-ed a game admin and not gotten a reply yet... We rarely reply to PMs, for quick resolution, please post the issue in the official support thread or send us a message through our ingame contact form. |
