Changes to Ocho Shop Items
Ocho shop item prices and values are subjected to change at any time without notice at the sole discretion of TYLER Projects.

Termination
If your Ocho Online Account is terminated for any reason by TYLER Projects, no refunds, including unused Ocho coins, will be granted. You understand that your Ocho Online Account can be terminated by TYLER Projects if TYLER Projects determines, in its sole discretion that you are in breach of the terms stated in the Terms of Use of Ocho Online or in this Agreement.


WARNING: Please ensure that you are fully authorized to use the intended credit card for purchases in this site. Purchaser will bear full responsibility if payment is retracted by the payment gateway due to any unauthorized transaction. TYLER Projects reserves the right to recall the merchandise (i.e. Ocho coins / Ocho shop Item) and suspend the purchaser's account in such cases.

NOTE: For PayPal eCheck users, please allow MINIMUM of 3 to 14 days for clearance at PayPal. Ocho coins will only be credited after PayPal complete its clearance. There may be a delay in the delivery of Ocho coins even after Paypal says the transaction has been completed if Paypal is performing maintenance work so please allow a MINIMUM of 12 hours for any Paypal transaction.
